Knicks vs Pacers Prediction & Same Game Parlay picks: Pacers turn to Turner at +1114 odds

The New York Knicks were able to bounce back from 2 straight defeats with a dominant display at home in Game 5. Now however, they return to the floor where they are yet to pick up a win in the hopes of closing out the series. The Boston Celtics are already waiting in the next round, and the Pacers will be hoping they can ensure that they are not out of the running to face them just yet. You can check out our NBA picks on the side and total for Knicks vs Pacers a, but for now let's jump into my Game 6' Same Game Parlay picks.

New York Knicks vs Indiana Pacers Under 215 (-108)

While the series had gotten off to a high scoring start, each of the last 2 games between the sides have come in under this total. I expect that trend to continue tonight. The sides are getting more accustomed to each other defensively and are finding optimal matchups. The Pacers did a great job on Jalen Brunson in Indiana so far, holding him to a 22-point average, having him shoot below 40% from the field in both contests. With OG Anunoby remaining out, they should be able to focus in on him once more tonight. The Pacers are on the brink of elimination so I expect to see great defensive effort from them here. The presence of Myles Turner in the paint should help limit the Knicks scoring on the inside. Considering the Knicks shot just 18.9% from beyond the arc in the last road game, it could mean they really struggle for offense here. Back the under as a result.

Myles Turner to score 20+ points (+170)

Myles Tuner should have the opportunity to have a huge offensive night here. He has hit the 20-point mark in 2 of the 5 games in the series. He has now hit 7 of his last 10 3-pointers and should be utilized more as a deep threat tonight. Considering the efficiency, I expect the Knicks to try and close him out more, which will provide him with a chance to put the ball on the floor more. The difference between the games in which he has reached this mark and hasn't are the free throws. If he attempts at least 6, he tends to cash this line in. With the hot shooting hand, I expect no shortage of touches for the center here, which should give him chances to get to the line here. Back the over as a result.

T.J. McConnell over 5.5 assists (+126)

The Pacers clearly have one of the most elite back-up point guards in the NBA. T.J. McConnell is averaging 6.2 assists per game in the series and has managed double-digit assists twice over the 5 games. The style of play of the Pacers suits him perfectly, as he is allowed to push the tempo and look for shooters in transition. Of remaining playoff teams only the Boston Celtics have a better true shooting percentage at home than the Pacers, meaning his teammates are well positioned to convert the looks he creates. He also has a highflier in Obi Toppin coming off the bench with him, giving him a lob threat to look out for. The Pacers also lead all playoff teams in assist percentage. They are a team designed to take advantage of catch and shoot opportunities, rather than attacking in isolation. That plays into McConnell’s hands tonight.
