The Blue Jays pitching hasn’t been great for the most part this season, but the offense has been quite impressive. The Blue Jays are averaging 4.59 runs per game which is 8th best in the league.
On the other side of this matchup is the Kansas City Royals who sit with a 36-54 record overall but they were able to win the first game of this series. The Royals have a ton of players out because of the Canadien rules on the vaccine. Players like Whit Merrifield aren’t available for this game. In this game if the Royals want any chance to win this game they are going to need good pitching.
