Jets 2023 NFL draft picks: Complete list of selected players

The 2023 NFL Draft is finally here. The three-day event is set to get underway as all 32 teams will look to improve their roster with young cheap, controllable talent. The New York Jets own six picks in this year's draft, including three in the top 50 in the draft. Those are valuable selections, especially for a team looking to take the next step.

The Jets started the season 5-2 before falling apart late and finishing 7-10. Joe Flacco started the year before giving way to second-year QB Zach Wilson. He played in a few games but got benched, and then we saw Mike White take over. The team responded well to White, but he suffered an injury, and they turned back to White. All in all, the Jets QB situation was a mess and still is, but more on that in a moment. Rookie Bryce Hall was playing well before tearing his ACL. The defense was elite under second-year head coach Robert Saleah and drafted a star in DB Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner.

Is Aaron Rodgers a Jet yet? No? Okay then, well, maybe tomorrow. The Jets need a QB, and the longer they let this situation go on, the more likely it becomes that Wilson is under center to start the year. There is time for the Jets and Packers to make a deal, but both teams are stuck in a stalemate. They added two wide receivers, Allen Lazard and Mecole Hardman. The defense also got a boost after resigning LB Quincy Williams.

We'll be tracking their picks throughout the three days of the 2023 NFL Draft, as well as any trades they make between now and the end of Saturday.
