The Philadelphia Eagles have looked like the NFC's best team through three weeks'and not coincidentally are the conference's lone 3-0 club. It's the first time that the Eagles have started 3-0 since 2016. They opened the season with an over/under win total of 9.5 but are now up to 12.5 at Caesars Sportsbooks, tied the Buffalo Bills for the highest in the NFL. Jalen Hurts & Co. now also are the favorites to win the NFC, priced +350 at DraftKings, ahead of Green Bay (+400) and Tampa Bay (+450).

Since Sunday's action w hen the Eagles trounced the Commanders 24-8 in Maryland, Philadelphia has taken the most bets of any team at BetMGM to win Super Bowl 57 at 20% of the handle, most to win the NFC at 50% and most to win the NFC East at 32%. Hurts is now a +600 second favorite to win NFL MVP behind Buffalo's Josh Allen (+300).

Against the Commanders, he became the first Eagles quarterback to throw for at least 275 yards (279) and three touchdowns in the first half of a game since Donovan McNabb did so on Sept. 7, 2008 vs. St. Louis. Hurts is completing 67.3% of his passes, compared with his career average of 60%. He ranks third in passing yards (916) and is sixth in QBR (74.8). We all know he can run.

This week the Eagles welcome the surprising Jacksonville Jaguars and coach Doug Pederson. Pederson coached the Eagles from 2016-20 and led Philadelphia to the first Super Bowl victory in franchise history. The Eagles have the third-easiest remaining schedule in the NFL, according to ESP N's Football Power Index, behind the Packers and Commanders.
