The Jacksonville Jaguars will make their first official road trip in the States since the opening week as they travel to New Orleans on Thursday. The Jaguars traveled to Indianapolis in week one and since then have played three games at home and two games in London, their home away from home. In front of their traditional home crowd in Jacksonville on Sunday, the Jags rolled to a 37-20 win over the Colts to complete the season sweep over their division rivals. The win improved Jacksonville to 4-2 on the season.

“I think it’s a glimpse of what we can be,” Jacksonville head coach Doug Pederson said. “There are still some areas that we have to clean up, obviously. The team really in these last three weeks kind of figured some things out, figured out who we are as a football team. That’s exciting to see. They really embraced that.”

The Jags offense was led b y quarterback Trevor Lawrence and running back Travis Etienne Jr. Lawrence was 20-30 for 181 yards and two touchdowns to go along with an interception. Etienne ran for 55 yards in the game and had two rushing touchdowns in the win. The Jags had just 233 yards of total offense and were a disappointing 4-for-14 on third down conversions. Jacksonville may have averted a major catastrophe with just over three minutes left when Lawrence was sacked and limped off with what appeared to be a left knee injury. Lawrence finished out the game and appeared to be walking without a limp after the game.

Defensively, the Jaguars allowed 354 yards of total offense including 310 yards through the air. Jacksonville forced four turnovers in the game, three interceptions and one fumble out of the Colts. The Jaguars also had three sacks in the game.

The Jaguars have a quick turnaround with this Thursday night affair in New Orleans. Jacksonv ille comes into this game ranked 13th in total offense. The Jags are 15th in rushing offense and 12th through the air. They are 20th in converting red zone opportunities into touchdowns. Defensively, the Jaguars are 21 in total defense including 17th in third-down conversions. They have been very good against the run, ranking third in the NFL. The Jaguars have been awful against the pass, ranking 31st in the NFL. They are 28th in sacks this season and 16th in red zone defense.

The Jaguars have done well in some critical categories this season. The Jags are third in turnover differential this season and second in penalties per game. The Jaguars are also sixth in the NFL in time of possession this season.

Injury Report: CB Tyson Campbell (Hamstring), WR Zay Jones (Knee), QB Trevor Lawrence (Knee), T Walker Little (Knee), and G Brandon Scherff (Ankle) are questionable. DT Davon Hamilton (Back) is probable.
