The sixth-ranked Robert Morris Colonels will be taking on the 11th-ranked IUPUI Jaguars in the first round of the Horizon League tournament. The Colonels wrapped up the regular season with a 15-16 (10-10) record so far this year while the Jaguars are a terrible 5-26 (2-18) so far. These teams just played against each other on Thursday with the IUPUI Jaguars racking up an 81-75 home win. 

The Robert Morris Colonels struggled in their regular season finale as they are coming off an 81-75 road loss against the IUPUI Jaguars. They lost in the second half of the game as the Jaguars won the half 52-41. The Colonels struggled to shoot the ball at a decent level from three as they were 25-of-63 (39.7 percent) overall, 4-of-20 (20 percent) from distance, and 29 free-throw attempts. Senior forward Kahliel Spear led the team as in 37 minutes he finished with 27 points, 12 rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and one steal. Defensively, they did not get the job done as they allowed 50 percent from the floor and 41.7 percent from three here.
