The Gonzaga Bulldogs have risen to heights few thought possible for a small school from Spokane, Washington, but they have been unable to capture the sport’s ultimate prize. Few’s Bulldogs have made the NCAA tournament each season he’s been at the helm.
Gonzaga has been in the Sweet 16 eleven times under Few and played in the national championship game in 2017 and 2021. In 2021, the Baylor Bears blasted Gonzaga 86-70 in the title game, jumping to a 10-point lead and cruising to the championship.
