The New Orleans Pelicans will host the Golden State Warriors on Monday at Smoothie King Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. CT.

New Orleans (2-0 SU, 2-0 ATS, 2-0 O/U) beat New York 96-87 on Saturday, and Golden State (1-1 SU, 1-1 ATS, 1-1 O/U) beat Sacramento 122-114 on Friday. Last season, these teams split their four regular-season meetings.

Warriors: PF Jonathan Kuminga (ankle) is questionable. SG Steph Curry (foot) and PF Draymond Green (foot) are probable to play.

Pelicans: PG Jose Alvarado (ankle) is questionable.

Golden State bounced back from its season-opening loss to Phoenix with a victory over Sacramento. The Warriors shot a blistering 55.2 percent from the field, including 43.8 percent from deep. It led by as many as 18 points, as Steph Curry led the way with 41 points on 14-for-19 shooting.

Draymond Green is expected to make his season debut on Monday, providing a boost to Golden State. His return is welcomed for a Warriors team that let go of Jordan Poole and Donte DiVincenzo this offseason. They did add veteran point guard Chris Paul, who hopes to earn his first ring with the seven-time champion Dubs.

Last season, Golden State scored 118.9 points per game (2nd) and shot 47.9 percent from the field (12th), including 38.5 percent from long range (2nd). Its opponent averaged 117.1 points (21st) an d shot 46.9 percent (9th), including 36.4 percent from deep (18th). The Warriors ranked first in pace, per Dunks and Threes.
