They bounced back from their 134-105 loss to the Suns with a 123-110 win against Miami on Thursday. It was a complete performance from Golden State, which outscored Miami in every quarter. The Warriors shot 50% from the floor and knocked down 18 3-pointers, while also winning the rebounding battle by 21.

They still have room to improve heading into the weekend though, as they turned the ball over 19 times against the Heat. Point guard Steph Curry poured in 33 points, making 7 of 14 from beyond the arc. Shooting guard Klay Thompson scored 19 points and made 5 3-pointers in his first game after being ejected against Phoenix. The Warriors are off to another excellent start offensively, leading the NBA in points per game (120.8) heading into Saturday’s slate. Curry is scoring a team-high 30.8 points, while Andrew Wiggins is adding 20.2 points. They are facing a Detroit defense that is struggling, ranked last in the NBA in points allowed per game (122.8).
