Kentucky's Super Bowl came two weeks into the season – and the Wildcats failed the test miserably.
No, it's not this weekend as our Georgia vs. Kentucky predictions don't consider this game to be remotely contested. Kentucky showed us what type of team it is in last week's bellwether 31-6 loss to South Carolina on the bluegrass.
Georgia remains the favorite by the college football championship odds, and Kentucky will be outmatched on Saturday.
Bettors should view Georgia as the hot knife and Kentucky is the butter with their college football predictions for Week 3.

Georgia vs. Kentucky against the spread prediction: Week 3
Georgia vs. Kentucky opening odds:
- Georgia: -23.5 (-105)
- Kentucky: +23.5 (-115)
Georgia opened as a 23.5-point favorite but the line has actually seen slight movement toward the Wildcats. Count me among those who flatly don't understand this line movement.
Kentucky was mutilated at home by a South Carolina team that looked mediocre in Week 1 against Old Dominion. Mark Stoops has built a respectable program in Lexington, but this team might not have the juice.
The Wildcats' offensive line failed to protect QB Brock Vandagriff against the Gamecocks. He finished the game with nine 'rushing attempts' for minus-29 yards. If a mediocre South Carolina team did it, I think we can count on Georgia's defensive front to pressure Vandagriff (the former Bulldog) into oblivion.
DraftKings, Caesars and bet365 are optimal spots to bet the Bulldogs with a -22 spread and -110 odds. Don't even consider BetMGM unless you're fading our recommendation, because Georgia is inflated to -23.5. FanDuel has Georgia -22.5, at least offering an odds boost to -108 for your SEC predictions.
If we get the line below the three-touchdown margin, this recommendation gets a boost into five-star territory. We like Georgia as a four-star play up to -23.5.

Georgia vs. Kentucky prop pick for Week 3
Our NEW college football player prop odds tool can help you find the best odds on any market across legal sportsbooks in your area!
Last week – again, in a game played at home for Kentucky – Vandagriff completed just three of 10 passes. He logged 30 yards through the air (hilariously, when you combine that with his minus-29-yard rushing total, he gained Kentucky one full yard on the day).
Barring a decisive turnaround for his offensive line, I have no earthly idea how Vandagriff is supposed to have time in the pocket to clear a triple-digit passing total this weekend.
It should be noted, too, that in last week's lopsided loss, Vandagriff was benched late. If that happens again, it's conceivable that not even garbage time could save his passing prop against Georgia.
BetMGM lists this prop at 117.5 yards with -115 odds on the Under. FanDuel has the same line at -114 odds.
We prefer going Under the 120.5-yard line at bet365 because it offers similar -115 odds. Caesars has the favorable line (120.5 yards) but it's attached to inflated -119 odds. DraftKings doesn't offer Under picks on passing yardage totals.
Best odds: -115 via bet365 | Implied probability: 53.49%
