Georgia Tech vs. Marquette Prediction, Preview, and Odds – 11-23-2022

It’s the consolation matchup of the Fort Myers Tip-Off’s Beach Division as a team from the ACC takes on one from the Big East on the hardwood looking for a win. The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are the “road” team as they take on the Marquette Golden Eagles Wednesday evening. Georgia Tech battled back but fell 68-64 to Utah in their semifinal matchup Monday night though they covered as a 4.5-point underdog. Marquette fell 58-55 to Mississippi State in their semifinal matchup: the game was a push with the spread as the Golden Eagles were three-point underdogs. The Golden Eagles own a 4-2 advantage in the all-time series between the programs and have won the last three meetings. That includes a 72-70 win at the HP Field House in Orlando on November 27, 2014 in the most recent matchup.
