Two teams that need to make headway in the Big East standings face off on Wednesday Georgetown (5-10) hosts Villanova (7-7). The Hoyas are 0-4 to start conference play, while the Wildcats are just 1-2. Georgetown guard Jay Heath sustained a finger injury against DePaul on December 29 which could keep him out for most of the remainder of the season. His loss is a major blow against a Villanova side that won both matchups between the two programs last year.
