George Washington improved to 7-7 in conference play with an upset win over St. Bonaventure on Sunday on the road. The win has the Colonials in seventh place in the conference and ended a two-game losing streak and five losses in their previous six games. On Sunday, James Bishop IV drilled three free throws with just 2.2 seconds left to lift the Colonials to an 83-81 overtime win. The day almost turned into a nightmare after GW coughed up an 11-point lead with just over two minutes left in regulation. Brendan Adams finished with a game-high 28 points while Bishop added 25 points in the Colonials' third overtime win of the season.

George Washington will try to keep the momentum going following Sunday's road overtime win. The Colonials are second in the A-10 in scoring offense. They are also second in field goal percentage but just 13th in 3pt field goal percentage. They are just ninth in fewest turnovers per game thus far. On the defensive end, GW is 15th in the conference in scoring defense as well as 15th in opponent's field goal percentage and 15th in 3pt defense. On the glass, the Colonials are 10th in total rebounding in the Atlantic-10.
