Fresno State at Vanderbilt – 11/25/22 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Fresno State Bulldogs and Vanderbilt Commodores face off on Thursday in a college basketball showdown at the Anaheim Convention Center. 

Fresno State comes into this game with a 1-4 record overall and they are coming off another loss in their last game. The Bulldogs faced off against Washington on Wednesday and they were defeated by five points. Fresno State’s defense wasn’t awful, but the offense only managed 57 points, and that led to the defeat. Fresno State is averaging 58.4 points while their defense is giving up 61.4 points per game. Isaih Moore has been the top player for Fresno State averaging 13.2 points while shooting 59.5 percent from the field and 50 percent from behind the three point line. 

On the other side of this matchup is Vanderbilt who sits with a 2-3 record and it might be a long season for the Commodores. On Wednesday against Saint Mary’s the defense gave up 75 points, and that led to the 10 point defeat. Guard Jordan Wright had a strong game finishing with 22 points, four rebounds, and three assists. Vanderbilt overall this season is averaging 69 points while their defense is giving up 68.2 points per game. Jordan Wright has been the top offensive player for Vanderbilt averaging 13.4 points while shooting 44.3 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from behind the three point line.
