LSU played an incredibly tough schedule last season, but was able to win their last two regular season games to make a bowl game. This will be Brian Kelly’s first game at LSU after leaving Notre Dame. The 2021 LSU offense was not very good and will need to make some major improvements in 2022. LSU is being quiet on who the starting quarterback will be, but whoever it is will have Kayshon Boutte to throw to. On defense, LSU should be better than last season, but their secondary needs to prove that they can defend the pass better.
