The Florida Panthers face the St. Louis Blues with both teams looking to improve on rough seasons. The Panthers have a 26-23-6 record and are in the middle of the Atlantic Division while the Blues have a 24-25-3 record and with only three wins in their last 10 games have fallen to the bottom of the Central Division. Both teams look to improve in their divisions and the playoff picture and the upcoming game should be a good one as a result.

Gustav Forsling and Joshua Mahura have combined for 5.3 defensive point shares but the rest of the unit has struggled, allowing opponents to find open shots on the net at will. Additionally, with the Panthers playing the second game of a back-to-back, they'll turn to Spencer Knight who has struggled with a .906 save percentage and a 3.05 goals-against average o n 586 shots.
