First look: Kansas City Chiefs at Indianapolis Colts odds and lines

The Kansas City Chiefs (2-0) get back on the road to face the Indianapolis Colts (0-1-1) Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium for a 1 p.m. ET kickoff (CBS). Below, we look at Chiefs vs. Colts odds from Tipico Sportsbook; check back for all our NFL picks and predictions.

The Chiefs are coming off a nail-biting divisional win Thursday night when they held off the Los Angeles Chargers 27-24. Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes threw for 235 yards with 2 TDs, while RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire racked up 118 total yards (74 rushing, 44 receiving) on 12 touches. It was rookie CB Jaylen Watson who earned the biggest highlight of the night, nabbing a 99-yard INT return for a TD that gave K.C. the lead in the 4th quarter.

The Colts followed up their Week 1 tie with a rough outing that saw them put up no points. Indy lost to the Jacksonville 24-0 while Colts QB Matt Ryan (16-for-30 pass attempts for 195 yards with 0 touchdowns) struggled to get any momentum going, likely due to missing WRs Michael Pittman Jr. and Alec Pierce to injury. Ryan threw 3 INTs and star RB Jonathan Taylor was held to just 54 rushing yards on 9 carries.
