First look: Carolina Panthers at New York Giants odds and lines

The Carolina Panthers (0-1) and New York Giants (1-0) meet for a Week 2 matchup at MetLife Stadium Sunday. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (FOX). Below, we look at Panthers at Giants odds from Tipico Sportsbook; check back for all our NFL picks and predictions.

The Panthers had a seesaw battle against the Cleveland Browns in Week 1. QB Baker Mayfield rallied his team back from a 13-point deficit to take a late 24-23 lead, but Carolina fell with a 58-yard field from Browns PK Cade York with 8 seconds remaining in regulation for the difficult opening-game loss.

The Giants trailed 20-13 on the road in the 4th quarter against the Tennessee Titans. New York saw RB Saquon Barkley, finally healthy, exploded for a big game. The Giants scored late, and coach Brian Daboll elected to go for a 2-point conversion, rather than play for OT. New York converted and hung on for the 21-20 win as Titans PK'Randy Bullock missed a 47-yard field goal attempt at the buzzer.
