In a relocated contest due to blizzard conditions this past week in Buffalo, the favored-by-7.5 Bills defeated the Cleveland Browns 31-23 Sunday. The Buffalo defense held the Browns to 3.1 yards per carry; foes had rambled for 5.9 YPC over the Bills’ 3 previous games.
The Lions defeated the New York Giants 31-18, clocking their 3rd-straight win as an underdog. The favored-by-3 Giants outgained Detroit 413 yards to 325 but were undone by a minus-3 in the turnover category. The Lions’ win streak is the franchise’s longest singe 2017.
