The PGA Tour is preparing for its next event,'which is the RSM Classic'at
Sea Island resort. This event is split between two courses on the property — the Seaside Course and the Plantation Course in Saint Simons Island, GA.
The field is a bit to p-heavy with stars like Tony Finau and Jason Day, but this is definitely not a super-elite field compared to other PGA Tour stops.
Let's take a look at three golfers to consider when putting together your fantasy team this week.
RSM Classic 2022 Fantasy Picks
Jason Day Fantasy
Jason Day was once the No. 1 golfer in the world not too long ago. After some ups and downs due to injury, he has started off this season strong, making four consecutive cuts now. His worst finish was a T21 and his best was a T8. Now, he comes back to a course where he was able to grab a T12 finish in 2012. The field may not be exceptional, but Day's game is when he's healthy, which seems to be the case so far this season.
Mackenzie Hughes Fantasy
Mackenzie Hughes was the runner-up in this event last season. He also won this event back in 2016, so he clearly knows how to have success on this course. While he missed the cut in 2020, 2018 and 2017, he comes into this event playing some great golf already this season. Hughes already has one win at the Sanderson Farms Championship this year, plus three other top-23 finishes in his four starts. With another similar performance, he could be right at the top of this leaderboard on Sunday.

Kevin Kisner Fantasy
Kevin Kisner is very familiar with these courses, having played 11 events there. In those 11 events, he has made the cut seven times with six top-20 finishes, five top-10 finishes, four top-5 finishes and one win. While he's only appeared in just one event this season (THE CJ CUP, where he barely made the cut), you can't ignore his past success here. If you're looking for a sleeper, Kinser has the perfect resume.
