The Elon Phoenix head across the Carolina line and face the Charleston Cougars in Colonial League play from the TD Arena on the FloS. This will mark the 35th time Charleston and Elon face off, and the Cougars hold a 25-9 series lead.
Elon dropped to 2-15 after falling to N.C. A&T at home. The Phoenix held a seven-point halftime lead before being outscored by 16 points in the second half by the Aggies, and lost by nine points. Charleston improved to 17-1 following a big road victory over NC-Wilmington. The Cougars would hold off a fierce rally from the Seahawks, and escape with a two point victory. Charleston is scoring 80.8 points per game, while allowing 70.6 ppg, and shooting 44.4% from the floor.
