The East Carolina Pirates will take on the Tulsa Golden Hurricane on Tuesday at the Reynolds Center. Tip-off from Tulsa, OK, is at 8:00 p.m. ET. The Pirates are 1.5-point favorites and the game total is 144 points.

East Carolina (13-13 SU, 15-11 ATS) lost to Southern Methodist on Sunday. The Pirates are 2-3 straight-up in their past five and 4-9 in American Athletic Conference competition. Leading scorer Javon Small (15.8 PPG, 5.6 APG, and 4.8 RPG) is out indefinitely with a knee injury.

Tulsa (5-21 SU, 3-21-2 ATS) lost to Temple on Sunday. The Golden Hurricane is 0-5 straight-up in its past five and 1-14 in AAC play this season. Sophomore guard Anthony Pritchard (8.9 PPG and 4.1 APG) is out indefinitely with an unknown ailment.

ECU defeated Tulsa 76-66 on January 24. The Golden Hurricane led by five at halftime but couldn't hold onto the lead after the break. The Pirates shot 50 percent overall and owned a 40-23 advantage on the boards with 13 offensive rebounds.

Tulsa leads the all-time series 23-6.

East Carolina has been up and down lately, just as it has all season (13-13). The Pirates have four remaining games to finish the regular season with a winning record.

SMU defeated ECU this past weekend on 50.8 percent shooting. The Mustangs never trailed by more than one point and led by as many as 20. The Pirates were also outrebounded 42-29, giving up 17 offensive rebounds, and turned the ball over too many times (19). Sophomore guard RJ Felton paced East Carolina with 27 points on 10-of-19 shooting.

The Pirates score 69.8 points per game (221st) and shoot 41.2 percent from the field (334th), including 31.9 percent from three (295th). They convert 69.1 percent of their foul shots (269th) and average 33.5 rebounds (94th) with a +2.4 rebounding margin. ECU is 200th in schedule-adjusted offensive efficiency, per KenPom.

East Carolina gives up 70.8 points per game (212th), and its opponents shoot 44.1 percent from the field (214th), including 33.9 percent from three-point range (190th). ECU is 210th in adjusted defensive efficiency this season.
