East Carolina (ECU) vs. South Florida (USF) Prediction, Preview, and Odds – 2-1-2023

The East Carolina Pirates (11-11, 2-7 AAC) play an American Athletic Conference game on the road Wednesday in Tampa, Florida at the Yuengling Center against the South Florida Bulls (9-13, 2-7 AAC). East Carolina was defeated by Wichita State 85-72 on Sunday and the Pirates have lost six of the last seven. South Florida lost to SMU 82-80 on Sunday night for their second consecutive loss and has lost seven of the last nine. Javon Small and Wynston Tabbs are out for East Carolina. Trey Moss is out for South Florida.
