PGA Tour players are preparing for the 2023'Rocket Mortgage Classic. Eight of the top 30 and 14 of the top 50 players in the world golf rankings compete in the 156-player field. Plenty of low scores and birdies as three of the four winners of the event have shot 23-26-under par.

The Rocket Mortgage Classic golfers'will tee it up starting on Thursday, June 29 at Detroit Golf Club in Michigan. The 7,370-yard Par 72 course was designed by Donald Ross, and this is the fifth edition of the event at Detroit GC.

The Accuweather golf forecast shows continued rain leading into the event before clearing for Thursday and Friday's opening two rounds. Mid-80's temperatu res, partly to mostly cloudy skies, and light winds below 10 mph. However, a stray of showers could return Saturday (20%) and Sunday (40%) has the best chance of rain with more clouds than sun and winds near 10 mph.
