The Denver Nuggets (6-3, 2-3 Away) will be on the road to face off against the San Antonio Spurs (5-5, 3-3 Home) for their second game of the series. In their last matchup, the Nuggets beat the Spurs at home to go 1-0 in the series. Now they will be looking to go 2-0 in the series at AT&T Stadium in San Antonio, TX.

The Denver Nuggets beat the San Antonio Spurs 126-101 on Saturday earning their first win of a three-game series.  They will face off again on Monday at AT&T Stadium and hope to lead the series 2-0.  During the Saturday matchup, the Nuggets shot 60.9% of their shots from the field while shooting 51.7% of their 3-pointers. Denver dominated the boards, bringing 47 total rebounds and recording 37 assists. From the free-throw line, the Nuggets shot a poor 50%. Bones Hyland came off the bench and immediately positively impacted the court. Hyland played for 25 minutes making 52.9% of his shots from the field while making six 3-pointers for 24 points on the night. He also earned two steals, seven assists, and five rebounds. Nikola Jokic was the next prolific scorer with 21 total points, shooting 90% fr om the field and 100% from 3-point range. The star center also contributed 10 assists and six rebounds.

On the season, the Nuggets have averaged 116.3 points per game while shooting 49.8% from the field and 42.6% from beyond the arc. Denver is averaging 46 rebounds, 28.6 assists, 6.8 steals, and 3.4 rebounds per game. Jokic is leading in rebounds with 10.8 rebounds per game, including 9.1 defensive rebounds and 1.7 offensive rebounds. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope leads in steals with 1.4 steals per game. Jokic and Michael Porter Jr. led the Nuggets in scoring with Jokic averaging 20.3 points per game and Porter Jr. averaging 17.1 points per game.
