Denver Nuggets at Golden State Warriors 10/21/22 – NBA Picks & Predictions

The Denver Nuggets will be on the road Friday night for game two of their season in San Francisco, CA against the Golden State Warriors. Denver comes into game two winless on the year following a 21 point blowout loss in Utah on Wednesday. Defensively Denver was obliterated as Utah made 50.6% of their shots and 42.1% from beyond the arc to score 123 points in the game following a 75 point first half.

The Denver offense played well making 48.2% of their shots to score 102 points but turned the ball over 21 times leading to the loss. Reigning two time MVP Nikola Jokic led all scorers for the Denver Nuggets with 27 points on 12 of 17 shooting in 33 minutes on the floor. Aaron Gordon chipped in 22 points and 10 rebounds and Michael Porter Jr. added 15 points in his return to the floor.

The Golden State Warriors come into game two of the regular season undefeated following a blowout win on ring night. Offensively Golden State was dominant making 45.5% of their shots and 35.6% from beyond the arc to score 123 points in the victory.
