The Denver Broncos (8-8) go on the road to play the Las Vegas Raiders (7-9) on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET. Denver is coming off a 16-9 win over the Los Angeles Chargers, while the Raiders suffered a 23-20 road loss to the Indianapolis Colts last week.
Denver was officially eliminated from playoff contention last week, but their playoff hopes really ended on Christmas Eve with the loss to the New England Patriots. The Broncos benched Russell Wilson for the final two games of the season and last week, Jarrett Stidham went 20-for-32 for 224 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions. This game could very well be the last that Russell Wilson is a member of the Broncos as there are plenty of rumors he will be cut this off-season.
The Broncos are averaging 21.4 PPG which ranks 17th in the NFL while averaging 205.9 passing yards per game and 110.1 rushing yards per game. Defensively, Denver has had a very up-and-down season but is allowing 24.1 PPG which ranks 26th while opposing teams are averaging 253.63 passing yards and 137.63 rushing yards per game.
