The Denver Broncos are on the road for a third straight game. Denver continues to be one of the hottest squads in the NFL. They have won seven of their last ten games and are in the wildcard picture in the AFC, standing just outside the last wildcard spot. Denver was dealt a 22-19 road loss by the Texans early this month and replied with a 24-7 road win against the Chargers in a bout that had the Broncos marked as three-point dogs. The Broncos have covered the spread in three of their last five games.

Russell Wilson rebounded from a subpar game against the Texans by posting 224 passing yards against the Chargers last week. The 35-year-old QB has posted less than 230 passing yards in three straight games and has collected 2609 passing yards and a 23:8 TD to INT ratio on the season. He has added 310 yards on the ground.

The Broncos have a strong running game. Javonte Will iams accrued 66 rushing yards last week and now has 650 rushing yards on 3.8 yards per carry. Courtland Sutton has only made eight receptions in his last three games. The 28-year-old WR has collected 699 receiving yards on the season. The Denver offense has scored 24 or fewer points in four of their last five bouts but are 4-1 in that span.

The Broncos' defense continues to contain the opposition. The squad was ranked last in the NFL in many categories after the opening month of the season but has steadily improved. They have conceded 20 or fewer points in three of their last four bouts. The group held the Chargers to only 283 total yards. The pass defense is 24th while the rush defense is pegged last.

Denver is scoring an average of 22.1 points on the season, ranking them 15th. They are conceding an average of 23.8 points, placing them 24th.
