Nathaniel Hackett fired after 51-17 loss to Rams

The Broncos have more problems than a bad head coaching hire, but the firing of Nathaniel Hackett was the first step on the way to recovery. Hackett was let go after the team’s Week 16 loss to the Rams, leaving senior defensive assistant Dom Capers as the interim head coach for the final two weeks of the season.

There are a lot of issues in the Mile High City and one of them is the GM. As a former GM himself, Michael Lombardi knows what the job takes and he asked Broncos GM George Paton to “step into his office” on .
