The Dayton Flyers (6-5, 3-8 ATS, 5-6 O/U) take on the Wyoming Cowboys (5-5, 3-5-1 ATS, 3-6 O/U) in an inter-conference bout on a neutral court in Chicago on Saturday evening. The Flyers easily defeated UNC Asheville in their previous action. The Cowboys posted a dominating victory against LA Tech on Saturday.

The Dayton Flyers enter this one as a winner of three out of their last four games. The only defeat in that span was on the road in a rough 77-49 loss against Virginia Tech. Dayton was marked as a large 10.5-point favorite in a 79-54 home win against UNC Asheville on Saturday. It’s been an inconsistent year so far. They have struggled against power conference foes, losing to Wisconsin and NC State. The Flyers have covered the spread in one of their last three games.

DaRon Holmes II continues to shine. The sophomore forward has scored at least 19 points in four out of his last five clashes including 21 against BYU and has increased his season average to 16.6 PPG and 7.9 RPG. Toumani Camara is having an outstanding season. The junior forward has connected on at least 50% of his field goals in five of his last six bouts and has logged an average of 11 PPG accompanied by 9.1 RPG. Kobe Elvis has missed the last four games due to a lower-body injury and is questionable. The sophomore guard is a key player, posting an average of 10.1 PPG.

The Flyers are ranked 74th in DI in Ken Pomeroy’s ratings and have yet to win on a neutral court site, going 0-3 on the year. Dayton is expected to be the team to beat in the A10 this year, however, the offense has been uninspiring. They are only shooting 43.3% and are averaging 65 points, pegging them 324th. The Flyers are limiting opponents to only 61 points, placing them 34th in DI.
