The Dallas Stars face the Minnesota Wild in Game Four of the First Round. The Stars are hoping to bounce back from a Game Three 5-1 loss and even up the series as they trail 2-1. The Wild who made a statement on their home ice in Game Three, look to win Game Four and take a 3-1 series lead putting them one win away from the Second Round. Both teams are looking to win the pivotal Game Four and the upcoming game looks to be a great one as a result.

The Stars fell apart in Game Three and hope their offense can lead a series turnaround, as they've scored 10 goals in the series including eight goals in the last two games. Roope Hintz, Jamie Benn, and Jason Robertson have scored six goals and five assists to lead the top two lines but the rest of the offense has also been great in this series. Joel Kiviranta, Tyler Seguin, and Evgenii Dadonov have combined for three goals and two assists while defenseman Miro Heiskanen has added five assists from the point to open up the offense.

The offense has been great but the defense has struggled, allowing 11 goals in the series including five goals in the Game Three loss. Miro Heiskanen and Ryan Suter have led the top pairing but the rest of the unit has struggled, allowing the Wild to carry the puck into the offensive zone and find open shots on the net at will. Additionally, goaltender Jake Oettinger has struggled in the series, allowing 10 goals on 98 shots.
