The No. 3 seed Creighton Bluejays and the No. 2 seed Tennessee Volunteers meet in the Sweet 16 round of the Midwest Region with a trip to the Elite 8 on the line. The Bluejays needed two overtime periods to get past Oregon in the second round, winning 86-73. The Vols struggled with Texas in their second round matchup, but were able to advance with a 62-58 win. The winner of this game will take on the winner of Purdue vs. Gonzaga in the Midwest Region final.'
