The Cowboys are a team you want to avoid in the preseason. Mike McCarthy's crew has now lost six consecutive exhibition games, averaging only 11.5 points in that time. Dallas' lack of discipline makes it a lot tougher to generate points as well, which is something the Cowboys must prove that they worked on in practice since the loss to the Broncos.
Unfortunately, the Chargers haven't been much better in recent preseason history. They're 2-6 straight up in their last eight games played in August.
