We should be in for plenty of entertainment on Monday Night Football as the Cowboys take on the Chargers in a matchup of teams whose games are rarely lacking in drama. The Cowboys can look great in one game and awful in the next, while the Chargers can do the same but pretty much from play to play.

The Cowboys may well be regretting letting go of Amari Cooper as they have struggled to replace the wide receiver adequately since trading him to the Browns, but they shouldn’t have any similar regrets about allowing tight end Dalton Schultz to leave after 5 years with the team. Schultz has made a decent start after making the short move to Houston, but the Cowboys can be happy with the way his replacement as the team’s leading TE, Jake Ferguson, has stepped into the role.
