The Columbus Blue Jackets face the Seattle Kraken with both teams looking to improve on rough seasons. The Blue Jackets have a 15-23-9 record and are in last place in the Metropolitan Division. The Kraken have a 20-18-10 record and with only five wins in the last 10 games, they have fallen into fifth place in the Pacific Division. Both teams look to improve ahead of the break and the upcoming game should be a good one.

The Blue Jackets are having a season to forget with their offense struggling and scoring only 2.96 goals per game. Johnny Gaudreau and Adam Fantilli have scored 19 goals and 37 assists to lead the top line but the rest of the offense has struggled.
