Columbus Blue Jackets at New York Islanders – 12/29/22 NHL Picks and Prediction

The Columbus Blue Jackets and New York Islanders face off on Thursday in a college basketball showdown at UBS Arena. When these two teams faced off on November 25th it was the Islanders that secured the 3-2 victory.

In the last game against the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Islanders scored five goals and that was enough to secure the four-goal victory. Anders Lee and Mathew Barzal each scored two goals. The Islanders are averaging 3.25 goals while their defense is giving up 2.69 goals per game. The defense is ranked 6th best in the NHL. Brock Nelson has scored 15 goals and added 21 assists so far this season.
