Jacksonville is in a difficult spot playing its most important game of the season to date on Sunday against division-rival Indianapolis. The Jaguars won 31-21 in Indianapolis in Week 1 after a big fourth quarter from Trevor Lawrence – now the two sides enter Week 6 tied at 3-2 atop the wide-open AFC South. After two consecutive wins in London, the Jaguars are back home but opted to not take their bye week ahead of Week 6.
A win would move the Jaguars into sole possession of first place and clinch the tiebreaker over the Colts. Indianapolis will be without rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson after he suffered an AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder in the Colts' victory against the Titans, but Gardner Minshew has outperformed many league-wide starters when filling in for the previously concussed Richardson in Weeks 2 and 3.
