The 2022-23 college basketball betting action continues Saturday, January 28, with the Colorado Buffaloes taking on the Oregon State Beavers in the Pac-12 Conference showdown at Gill Coliseum in Corvallis, Oregon.   

The tip-off is set for 10:30 PM ET, and the Buffaloes open as 8-point road favorites with a total of 128.5 points. Colorado and Oregon State meet for the second time this season. The Buffaloes trounced the Beavers 62-42 as 14-point home favorites on January 7. 

The Colorado Buffaloes (12-10; 9-13 ATS; 4-7 conf.) put an end to their three-game losing streak this past Sunday, outlasting Washington State 58-55 as 5.5-point home favorites. They returned to the losing track last Thursday, suffering a 75-69 defeat as 6.5-point road underdogs at Oregon. 

Tristan Da Silva dropped 27 points on Washington State. The 6-foot-8 junior forward notched 23 points against Oregon to go with four rebounds, three steals, and a couple of assists. Sophomore guard KJ Simpson had eight points, five boards, and four dimes versus the Ducks while going just 2-for-13 from the field. The Buffaloes made only 36.9% of their field goals last Thursday. 

KJ Simpson is tallying 16.9 points and 3.8 assists per game, while Tristan Da Silva is adding 15.7 points and 4.8 boards a night. The Buffaloes are scoring 106.6 points per 100 possessions (116th in the nation) on 50.8% shooting from inside the arc (187th) and 31.8% from downtown (298th). Colorado leans on its defense and surrenders 93.1 points per 100 possessions (20th) on 41.9% shooting from the field (101st). The Buffaloes are No. 63 in the NCAA NET Rankings and No. 55 in the KenPom rankings.
