The #19 Colorado Buffaloes (3-0, 2-1 ATS, 2-1 O/U) collide with the #10 Oregon Ducks (3-0, 3-0 ATS, 1-2 O/U) in a PAC-12 showdown on Saturday afternoon. The Buffaloes remained undefeated with a home win against Colorado State. The Ducks also improved to 3-0 after a dominating home victory against Hawaii. Oregon posted a 49-10 road win against Colorado last season.

The #19 Colorado Buffaloes enter their second road game of the season with a 3-0 record under Coach Prime Deion Sanders. They stunned everyone with a 45-42 road win against TCU in the opener and continued to pile on the points in a win against Nebraska in week two. Last week brought in a state rivalry battle against Colorado State. The Buffaloes rallied from a late deficit to record a wild 43-35 overtime home win in a bout that had the Buffaloes favored by 23 points. Colorado was interestingly voted to finish 11th in the preseason poll voted by the media. Colorado dipped one spot to #19 in the AP Top 25.

Deion’s son, Shadeur Sanders continues to post incredible numbers. The junior QB has accrued at least 348 passing yards in all three games highlighted by 510 yards against TCU in the opener. He posted 348 yards last week and has accumulated 12 51 passing yards complemented by a sparkling 10:1 TD to INT ratio on the season.

The Buffaloes don’t run too often. Dylan Edwards has been steady when called upon, rushing for at least 55 yards in consecutive games, and now has 136 rushing yards on an average of 5.4 yards per rush. Xavier Weaver is well on the path to 1000+ receiving yards this season. The senior WR played with USF last year where he posted strong numbers. Weaver recorded 98 yards against CSU and has already collected 386 receiving yards in three games. The Colorado offense has yet to be contained by an opponent and they have played some notable schools including TCU and Nebraska.

The Buffaloes' defense needs improvement if they want to compete atop the strong PAC 12. They have squandered an average of 460 total yards per game. They conceded 397 passing yards last week and the pass defense has dipped to 109th in the FBS while the rush defense is worse, standing 122nd. They have accrued five sacks.

Colorado is averaging a stellar 41.3 points, good for 15th. They are conceding an average of 30.3 points, pegging them 106th in the country.
