Colorado State beat Boise State in dramatic fashion last weekend, scoring on a 33-yard Hail Mary touchdown pass with no time remaining. The Rams trailed by 20 with about six minutes left but stormed back to earn the thrilling home victory. It was a game of contrasting styles, as Boise State rushed for 246 yards and Colorado State passed for 359 yards. The Broncos dominated time of possession but committed three costly turnovers.

The Rams are led by freshman quarterback Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi, who has passed for 1,944 yards, 14 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions this season. His top receiving threats are senior wide receiver Tory Horton (58 receptions for 690 yards and six TDs) and junior tight end Dallin Holker (39 receptions for 497 yards and six TDs).
