Coming towards the end of another lost season, the Colorado Rockies travel to Los Angeles to battle the Dodgers. German Marquez (8-13, 5.42 ERA) takes the mound for the Rockies. As has been the case in recent seasons, the Rockies are looking towards a fresh start next season.
Charlie Blackmon continues to be a mainstay for the Rockies. Blackman is batting .264 with 16 home runs and 78 RBI's on the season. C.J. Cron has been solid in his second season in Colorado. Cron leads the team in home runs with 29 and RBI's with 102. The Rockies are hopeful some of their young talent will continue to develop.
