The Norris winner has 45 points on the season.

The Avalanche will likely have Alex Georgiev guard the cage after Pavel Francouz was in the net in the loss to the Penguins. Georgiev has recorded a solid 2.60 GAA and a dazzling .920 save % accompanied by a 20-11-3 record while Francouz has a 2.53 GAA and a .919 save %. Colorado is scoring an average of 3.1 goals, landing them 19th. They are conceding an average of 2.7 goals, good for ninth in the NHL.
