College football Week 4 best player prop bets — Pickswise

Less than a month in, the 2022 college football has already been a wild ride with plenty of upsets, some thrilling finishes, surprising teams and big disappointments. What will be in store as we come down the home stretch of September? Week 4 includes a 3:30 pm ET CBS showdown between SEC East rivals Florida and Tennessee, while a Big Ten battle later in the day pits Ohio State against Wisconsin.

That Buckeyes-Badgers showdown is included in my favorite player props. Let's take a look at them below, and be sure to check out all of our coverage on the college football page.

Tanner Morgan, QB, Minnesota Over 169.5 passing yards (-115)

Minnesota and Michigan State are going head-to-head in a battle of 2 teams going in opposite directions. The Golden Gophers are playing their best football since 2019 under head coach PJ Fleck, while the Spartans just got blown out by Washington. While Minnesota hasn’t faced the greatest of competition through 3 games, it's hard not to be impressed at how it is just destroying opponents. The Gophers have outscored opposing teams 149-17. The Spartans have serious holes in its secondary, which was apparent against Washington – which racked up 397 passing yards on almost 10 yards per pass attempt and scored 4 touchdowns through the air. That has to be music to the ears of Morgan, who has exceeded this number in 2 of 3 games so far. His passing totals are 174, 284 and 157. Keep in mind that all 3 games were blowouts, so Minnesota did not even have to air it out. Morgan will presumably be throwing even more against Michigan State.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Over 82.5 receiving yards (-115)
