What a Week 4 it was for SBR's “Disaster Watch” column. James Madison answered a 28-point second-quarter outburst by Appalachian State with 22 unanswered points in the second half to score the 32-28 upset. Later in the day, Southern Mississippi came up with a huge scoring drive and f ollowed it up with a pick-six to knock off Tulane. The Golden Eagles were priced at 4-1 to win outright!
