The Cleveland State Vikings and the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons will face off on Monday evening inside of the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Horizon League action. The Mastodons are 12-6 (4-3) right now and are coming off a road win on Thurs day against the IUPUI Jaguars 70-55. These teams will also face off on January 27 as well so this will be interesting.
The Cleveland State Vikings have been playing extremely well and were able to pick up an 89-54 road victory against the IUPUI Jaguars. They dominated in the second half as they outscored IUPUI 53-31. They shot the ball extremely well as they were 34-of-61 (55.7 percent) overall, 10-of-20 (50 percent) from the three, and 11 free-throw attempts. Junior forward Tristan Enaruna led the team as in 27 minutes he finished with 18 points, four rebounds, two assists, two steals, and three turnovers. Defensively, they need to continue what they are doing as they allowed 40 percent from the floor and 18.2 from deep here.
