Cleveland’s lone loss during that stretch came as a 5.5-point underdog in a 121-108 setback against Denver last Friday, but it bounced back with a 112-98 win as a 6-point favorite at Phoenix on Sunday.

The Cavaliers are amid a five-game road trip that concludes with stops in Portland and Minnesota later this week. They have relied on their defense to win games this season, as they come into this game ranked No. 25 in the NBA in scoring (111.5). Star guard Donovan Mitchell leads the team with 28.8 points, 4.8 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game. Point guard Darius Garland is the second-leading scorer with 21.4 points and 7.8 assists, while Evan Mobley is adding 14.2 points and 8.9 rebounds. Center Jarrett Allen notched his second double-double of the season with 13 points, 12 rebounds and five assists in the win over the Suns on Sunday. He is facing a Utah defense that is No. 24, allowing 116.9 points per game.
