Circa Survivor update: 13 alive heading into NFL Week 16 Saturday games

Circa Survivor is down to 13 live entries playing for the record $6.133 million prize pool as selections for NFL Week 16a were released Friday night after the 10 p.m. PT submission deadline.

There were 14 live entries after last weekend’s games, but when the picks for the Thursday/Saturday portion of Week 16 (those that survive these games then have to make a pick on Week 16b aka “Christmas Week” for the games on Sunday/Monday) were announced, it was learned that THE ENEMY WITHIN had lost with the Jets in the Thursday Night Football game to the Jaguars.

THE ENEMY WITHIN was the only contestant with two live entries, so now everyone is down to one entry with THE ENEMY WITHIN now alive only with the Steelers on Saturday.

The Lions were the most-selected team with 5 of the 13 remaining entries using them at the Panthers. There were 3 apiece using the Titans and Steelers, with 1 apiece on the Vikings and Browns in addition to the losing pick on the Jets.

Circa Survivor drew 6,133 entries at $1,000 apiece. Each live entry is now worth $471,769.23 in equity.

Only two entries – Bull Hill and HOWARD HAMLIN – are still alive for the aggregate $1 million bonus for any Survivor who goes 20-0 on the season (18 NFL weeks, plus the extra “Thanksgiving Week” and “Christmas Week”) and doesn’t use the two Super Bowl teams from last season: Rams and Bengals.
