What is stopping McCaffrey from rushing for 100 yards in his third consecutive game to start the season? Last week, the Giants allowed James Conner to run for 106 yards against them, as he averaged more than four yards per carry.
McCaffrey played 100% of snaps in Week 2, and he will likely see a similar amount of time Thursday. Additionally, the 49ers should be playing from ahead throughout the entire game. This may concern some who believe that if the 49ers go up by too many, then McCaffrey will come o ut.
Tony Pollard only ran for 70 yards in Week 1 against the Giants, but the Dallas Cowboys offense was barely on the field. When the 49ers build a lead, it will be because of McCaffrey. Make this wager, but also consider taking him to rush for more than 100 yards for +200 at DraftKings.
With so many weapons at his disposal, Brock Purdy has not relied on McCaffrey in the passing game as much as other quarterbacks have. With Brandon Aiyuk listed as questionable, there's a chance that McCaffrey sees an increased role, but this Under is simply too valuable to pass up.
Since joining the 49ers, McCaffrey has recorded more than three completions in nine of his 16 games. Six of those performances have come with Purdy at the helm. But McCaffrey's targets are down this season. He only has eight on the season, and in Week 2, he had just three.
The Giants held Conner to zero receptions last week , and Pollard had just two in Week 1. McCaffrey always has the ability to explode for a huge performance, but with the price presented, the Under is well worth a play.

The 49ers have enough weapons that they don't need to use McCaffrey in the passing attack the way he has been used in the past.
But the real reason this is our third play for McCaffrey is because the odds for his other plays simply don't seem reasonable. He's at -220 to score a touchdown, +190 to score two touchdowns, and +300 to score the first touchdown at various sportsbooks. While McCaffrey could score multiple touchdowns, there is no value in taking any of these bets.
If the 49ers build up a huge lead, as is expected, then we're even m ore confident that McCaffrey won't surpass his current season-high in receiving yards by more than 10.
