Quarterback Patrick Mahomes will need to find a way to lead his squad past the Bengals first, but the Chiefs enter the Conference Championship round with a favorable chance to win the Super Bowl at +260 odds. That trails only the Philadelphia Eagles (+230) for the best odds of the four teams left.
Cincinnati has acted as a true pain in the butt for Kansas City lately. The Be ngals defeated the Chiefs in overtime by a score of 27-24 during last year's AFC Championship.
