Two struggling teams meet up in Charlotte tonight when the Hornets (13-36) welcome the Chicago Bulls (22-25) into town. The Bulls beat the Hornets 106-88 in Chicago on November 2 in the only other head-to-head meeting this season.
The Bulls are 10th in the Eastern Conference and saw their three-game winning streak come to an end Tuesday in a 116-110 loss to a Pacers team that had dropped six straight games. DeMar DeRozan led the way with 33 points on 14 or 21 shooting from the floor, with no three-point attempts. Nikola Vucevic added 20 points and eight rebounds, followed by 14 points from Zach LaVine, although he did go 0 for 7 from long range.
DeMar scored 33 points on 14-of-21 shooting but it wasn't enough last night.
